Refund and Returns Policy


If you wish to amend your order, please get in touch with us immediately. We will only be responsible for any information if you provide it within 06 hours. After 06 hours, your order has already been shipped and can no longer be modified.

Lost Orders

If an order is lost in transit, we will dispatch a replacement to you at our expense. You will be provided a tracking number, which we use to determine if an order has been lost in transit or delivered.

Mistakes in the missing address or wrong delivery address:

If there are any errors in the disappeared address or you provide us with the incorrect shipping address leading to unsuccessful delivery and return it to us, feel free to contact us. We will solve the problem for you.


More than anything, we want you to be happy with your purchase! If something doesn’t look or feel right, please email us at [email protected], and we’ll make it right!

Remember that our policy lasts 7 days for replacement/refund requests only. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a replacement or refund.

Also, please be informed that placing an order means that you accept all the terms mentioned below:

Currently, we do not offer Returns in any case; we offer a replacement. You don’t need to return the original article if your item is defective. We will resend you a replacement for free.

We only exchange or issue a full refund if an item you received has a major problem. This is when the thing is:

Significantly different from the description or the preview shown to you;

Damaged due to the fault of our factory or the carrier;

Not what you ordered;

Please be noted that with other cases (not mentioned above), we only offer a partial refund (excluding the shipping fee)


We DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges on any products purchased during a sale or promotion.

We typically DO NOT accept refunds or replacements due to customer mistakes such as:

Incorrect selection of model, designs, colors, etc.

You must preview the option carefully to see if it’s well set. So please review your order carefully before you check out to ensure your order is correct.

Please allow the 10% difference between advertised images and the actual item you received, as sometimes advertised images may be slightly different from the actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor’s display

To file a claim, please send us an email to [email protected] and include the following information (this is a must):

• Order number

• Video/ photo of the defective product

• Full delivery address

• Contact telephone number

Our support team will review the photos/videos you send of the defective item. If your item is eligible, we will resend the product for no additional cost. In the rare case that sending a replacement product is not practical, we will reimburse you the full cost of the eligible product (including shipping costs).


We only exchange or refund items if an item you received has a major problem below:

Significantly different from the description or sample was shown to you;

Not what you ordered;

If the problem is major, we may choose to replace the item or issue a refund within a reasonable time. The product may be kept at the customer’s disposal in this event.

Please get in touch with our Customer Support team to start the complaint process. Please include the following information:

• Order number

• Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)

• Complete delivery address

• Contact telephone number

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.

Suppose you return your order without our Customer Support team, and it only meets some of our requirements. In that case, a refund will not be issued. You will be notified via email with any options on how to proceed.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on products purchased during a sale or promotion.

We will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item(s).

Any product shipped back to JianWu Store as a policy dispute or order refusal will be subject to a Force Return. Customers will be refunded for the order subtotal ( minus the original shipping costs paid ). Any returns that are not the error of JianWu Store will have a 45 USD restocking fee per item.

How do you return your item(s)?

Step 1: How to return?

• Returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days from your package’s delivery date.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging that is unworn, not-used and has not been washed or damaged in any other way. All original sewn-in or hang tags must still be intact.

• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item(s).

Step 2: Our check processing.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will email you to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund as quickly as possible. The check processing will take time to compare and discuss with our partner.

Then your refund will be processed. It takes 3-5 business days to process once we have issued them.

• If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

• Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
